Oyster Mushroom Soup (Quick)

5-6 tbs dried oyster mushrooms or dried king oyster mushrooms, sliced
30 g butter
4 tbs wheat flour
2 onions
8 dl  water
4 tbs cream
salt and white pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter and add finely chopped onions and (king) oyster mushrooms.
  2. Add the flour and mix for one minute.
  3. Mixing continuously, add the water.
  4. Lastly, add the cream.
  5. Let simmer for 5 minutes. Add salt and white pepper to taste.
